Pledge Manager Surveys Approaching, GenCon and first proofs!

Hello everybody,
we know you had to wait a tiny bit longer than expected until you received this news, but we've been working hard on all the different parts of this project :)
Pledge Manager
So now the pledge manager should be around real quick, everything is set up and we just requested final review from the platform! This means that soon you will be starting to receive your survey invitations. We will probably be sending them out in several batches and we will of course let you know here when they all have been sent out :) We chose BackerKit to be our pledge manager for this campaign.
In the pledge manager you will be able to make language choices and also to specify the add-ons you added to your total pledge amount. We will also open the pledge manager for pre-orders for those who missed out on the Kickstarter campaign.
GenCon Game Sessions
As you all know, we will be at GenCon this year and we are hosting some game events there, you can already add them to your wishlist! There will be some more sessions but these are still awaiting confirmation from the GenCon Team. We are also still looking for Game Masters for the event, please get in touch if you are interested: contact(at)polaris-rpg.com!
In the meantime we continue to work on the printing process and getting all these nice products ready :) Everything is in print now and we received our first proofs! We are so excited!

For the covers we went with a very simplistic design, a nice algae green!
As soon as we can confirm all delivery dates we will of course keep you updated. There might be a slight delay, but it should be not very significant and again, we will let you know! :)
We head back to tinkering on all the details of this project and we will be back very soon with more info on the pledge manager, GenCon and other news!

Hi everybody,
this campaign ended a bit more than two weeks ago and we have been REALLY busy! Lots of it has been creating and proofing files - endless hours!
And sometimes when you are working on a product, you really discover it in a new way which leads to new ideas. This is how it went when we were compiling the Location Map Folio and we thought that it would be awesome to have it be double sided, with one side with the captions of the location and the other one just plain so players are not spoiled right away! And... we decided to go for it! So all maps will be printed double sided :) It's like unlocking Stretch Goals even though the campaign already ended! :D
And here is the list of the the first five maps that will be included in the pack:

Hotel
Vessel Assembly Yard
We will unveil the full list later on!
So files are getting ready, a big bunch has already been submitted to our printer and is now awaiting their proofing. We also got our first blank dummies! (And YES, we all wanted to draw our own pictures on the Game Master Screen! Someone should invent Color-Yourself Game Master Screens!)

Pledge Manager...
Kickstarter proceeded payments now and we've been able to collect funds and export the backer data. There are some payments that did not get confirmed, you have all been contacted and we'll inform you as soon as separate payment methods are available.
With all this info we could now start to set up the pledge manager. It will probably be another couple of weeks until it's all ready and you will receive your invitation to pick and confirm your pledges and choices! Please note that it is important that you respond to the surveys there, especially for your language choices!
We will let you know as soon as it's all set up! :)

Update on payments, pledge manager and schedules

Hi everyone,
we still are so blown away from this great campaign! It was awesome :)
These last days we've been managing all the little bits and pieces and have been a bit more quiet on the outside: time for an update!
The payment issue seems to be entirely resolved! For everyone who sees "collected" next to their pledge, that means that everything is fine. It might take some days to show up on your bank account though, but that should be normal. There are about 5% of failed payments still out there, but these issues should be due to something else, everybody has been contacted to find the best solution! So, again, if you have the "collected" sign AND nobody contacted you, everything is fine for you :)

Now that this is done we are starting to set up our pledge manager. It will take another couple of weeks until it's fully set up, you will all the notified when it's live. This pledge manager will let everyone detail what pledges and Add-Ons they wanted to receive, to check shipping and probably even to add more Add-Ons. More detail on this as soon as possible.
And on another note, we've been very busy in the background: the first files will go out to the printer on Monday! Whoot! It's a huge dossier so this is just a tiny step, but we are doing our best to get things out there on time, it's exciting and we can't wait to see the results!

Oh and, we absolutely forget to mention this before but... the Core Rulebook: 2 actually got a page count upgrade! We are adding 16 more pages for a total page count of 224 pages so we are able to fit everything in it without squeezing too much!

This has been three incredible weeks thanks to all of you how came here to find out about Polaris and helped bring this Kickstarter so far! Over 74 000€ and 700 backers, this is just HUGE!
We thank you all so very much for your trust, updates will follow soon about the pledge manager and how production comes along!
It was so nice to get to know some of you further through the messages and comments! We are SO looking forward on bringing you the books you pledged for and to hear what you think about them!
Thank you all again welcome to this adventure in the depths of Polaris!

Somehow the Polaris Effect has been brought under control again (Demeter, was that you?) and most payments seem to have been confirmed now! YAY!
Some payments are still pending (but that's normal), if you still have difficulties to proceed to your payment, please do contact us!
And... now let's party! 74k or what! SO AWESOME! :D
